Last updated August 13, 2026

Thank you for choosing to be part of our community at Love Life Church, Inc. (“Love Life Church”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). We are committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy. If you have any questions or concerns about our notice, or our practices with regards to your personal information, please contact us at office@lovelifechurch.com.

When you visit our website https://lovelife.church, give online, join our live-streamed services, or otherwise use our services, you trust us with your personal information. This notice explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have in relation to it.

This privacy notice applies to information collected through our websites (https://lovelifechurch, https://iglesialovelife.org, and related sites), our online giving and church management platform (Church Center, provided by Planning Center), our livestream platform (Church Online Platform, provided by Life.Church), and our social media pages (collectively, the “Services”). Please note that our social media platforms and the third-party platforms listed above have their own separate privacy policies, which we do not control — we encourage you to review those as well.

1. What information do we collect?

Information automatically collected

IN SHORT: We collect information you give us directly (such as when you give online, register for an event, or sign up for service reminders), and some information is collected automatically when you visit our website.

Information you provide directly: When you give online or create an account through Church Center or the Church Online Platform, or register for an event or class, we (or our vendor, Planning Center) collect information such as your name, email address, mailing address, and payment information. When you sign up for service reminders, we collect your name and email address.

Information collected automatically: We automatically collect certain technical information when you visit our website, such as your IP address, browser and device characteristics, and general information about how you use our site. This is used to maintain the security and operation of our website and to understand how visitors use it (see Section 4 below for details on our use of Google Analytics).

2. How do we use your information?

IN SHORT: We use your information to operate our church's services — such as processing giving, running events, and sending communications you've asked to receive — and to understand how our website is used.

We use the information we collect to:
  • Process online giving and donations through Church Center.
  • Register you for events, classes, or programs you sign up for.
  • Send you communications you've requested, such as our email newsletter or updates about events you've registered for. You can opt out of these at any time (see Section 8).
  • Understand how our website is used, so we can improve it (see Section 4 on Google Analytics).
  • Maintain the security of our Services and prevent misuse.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

3. Will your information be shared with anyone?

IN SHORT: We share information only with the service providers who help us operate (such as Planning Center), when required by law, or when necessary to protect someone's safety.

We may share your information in the following situations:
  • Service Providers. We share information with the vendors who help us provide our Services, including Planning Center (Church Center giving, registration, and church management) and Life.Church (Church Online Platform, live-streaming). These providers only receive the information needed to perform their function and are subject to their own privacy policies.
  • Legal Obligations. We may disclose information where required by law, such as in response to a subpoena, court order, or other legal process.
  • Safety and Investigations. We may disclose information where we believe it's necessary to investigate or prevent violations of our policies, suspected fraud, or situations involving a threat to someone's safety.
With Your Consent. We may share information for any other purpose you've specifically consented to.

We do not share, sell, rent, or trade your information with third parties for their own promotional or advertising purposes.

4. Do we use cookies and other tracking technologies?

IN SHORT: We may use cookies and other tracking technologies to collect and store information, and we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website. You can opt out of this tracking through your browser settings.

We may use cookies and similar tracking technologies (like web beacons and pixels) to access or store information. Our website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, to help us understand how visitors use our site (for example, which pages are viewed most often). Google Analytics uses cookies to collect standard internet log information and visitor behavior information in an anonymous form.

You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking by adjusting your browser's cookie settings, or by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, available at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. For more information on how Google uses this data, see Google's Privacy Policy.

5. How long do we keep your information?

IN SHORT: We keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this privacy notice unless otherwise required by law.

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this notice, such as maintaining giving records for tax and accounting purposes, unless a longer retention period is required by law. When we no longer have a legitimate need to retain your information, we will delete or anonymize it, or, where that isn't possible (for example, information held in backup archives), securely store it and restrict any further use until deletion is possible.

6. How do we keep your information safe?

IN SHORT: We aim to protect your personal information through a system of organizational and technical security measures.

We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process. However, please also remember that we cannot guarantee that the internet itself is 100% secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal information, transmission of personal information to and from our Services is at your own risk. You should only access the Services within a secure environment.

7. Do we collect information from minors?

IN SHORT: We do not knowingly collect information directly from children under 18. Where information about a minor is entered into Church Center or the Church Online Platform, it is entered by a parent or guardian.

We do not knowingly solicit data directly from, or market directly to, children under 18. Where a minor's information (such as their name, age, or program registration details) is added to Church Center or the Church Online Platform, it is entered and managed by a parent or guardian — minors do not create their own accounts or submit their own information. Any additional sign-ups or registrations involving minors (for example, for children's or youth ministry programs) may also be handled in person via paper forms, signed by a parent or guardian.

By using our online Services, you represent that you are at least 18, or that you are the parent or guardian of a minor and are entering that minor's information yourself, with your consent, for purposes such as event registration or program participation. If you become aware of any information we may have collected directly from a minor without parental involvement, please contact us at office@lovelifechurch.com and we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

8. What are your privacy rights?

IN SHORT: You can review, update, or delete your information, and opt out of communications, at any time.

If you are resident in the European Economic Area and you believe we are unlawfully processing your personal information, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection supervisory authority. You can find their contact details here: http://ec.europa.eu/justice/data-protection/bodies/authorities/index_en.htm.

If you have questions or comments about your privacy rights, you may email us at office@lovelifechurch.com.

Account Information. If you would like to review, update, or delete the information associated with your Church Center or Church Online Platform account, you can do so directly within Church Center, or by contacting us using the information in Section 12.

Opting Out of Communications. You can unsubscribe from our email newsletter at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email, or by contacting us. Please note we may still need to send you service-related communications necessary for administering an event or transaction you've signed up for.

Cookies. Most browsers accept cookies by default, but you may be able to set your browser to remove or reject cookies. If you do, some features of our Services may not function as intended.

9. Controls for do-not-track features

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature you can activate to signal your preference not to have your online browsing activity monitored. Because no uniform standard for recognizing DNT signals has been finalized, we do not currently respond to DNT signals. If a standard is adopted that we are required to follow, we will update this notice accordingly.

10. Do California residents have specific privacy rights?

IN SHORT: Yes, if you are a resident of California, you are granted specific rights regarding access to your personal information.

California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as the “Shine The Light” law, permits users who are California residents to request and obtain from us, once a year and free of charge, information about categories of personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes and the names and addresses of all third parties with which we shared personal information in the immediately preceding calendar year. If you are a California resident and would like to make such a request, please submit your request in writing to us using the contact information provided below.

If you are under 18 years of age, reside in California, and have a registered account with the Services, you have the right to request removal of unwanted data that you publicly post on the Services. To request removal of such data, please contact us using the contact information provided below, and include the email address associated with your account and a statement that you reside in California. We will make sure the data is not publicly displayed on the Services, but please be aware that the data may not be completely or comprehensively removed from our systems.

11. Do we make updates to this policy?

IN SHORT: Yes, we will update this policy as necessary to stay compliant with relevant laws.

We may update this privacy notice periodically. The updated version will be indicated by a revised “Last Updated” date and will be effective as soon as it is posted. We encourage you to review this notice periodically.

12. How can you contact us about this policy?

If you have questions or comments about this policy, or would like to review, update, or delete your personal information, you may email us at office@lovelifechurch.com or by post to:
